She was nice and was quick to get response. However, when we signed up for the apartment and listed her as a reference, she never got back to us. After emailing several times, I got a last minute offer to get free movers but I had already booked another company. The prices on the list she provided for the area we were looking were 50/50, as in they were approximately correct (as should be) or like 300 off, which made no sense.
