This lady is trying to steer my realtor to not work with me because I told her I wasn’t working with the realtor she recommended. She is also trying to steer the client into not taking my offer even though it’s for asking price and the listing has been there for over 15 days. She is very unethical. She also told me that I can not speak to her directly, she said it’s against the code of ethics for a buyer to speak to the selling agent (which is 100% false).
