Wow. I didn't expect to find the BEST agent I've ever had. The background - I had a serious trust issue with the agent and broker I originally listed with. We just sold our home in this currently insane housing market, and Donna's advice was critical: she told us to find someplace to move to before we even listed the house, and to make plans to stay out of the house the first weekend after the listing due to the demand for showings.
