I listed my father’s house with Donna on 12/3/24, fully expecting a spring/summer closing, although Donna expected sooner and she was RIGHT. I listed 12/3 and it was shown many times, but I was shocked to be under contract on 12/30 and then close 1/28!!!! Donna is the BEST! I’m selling my personal home soon and I wouldn’t even consider listing with anyone but DONNA DEWBERRY!!!!! She’s EXCELLENT!!!!
