Dr. Hand is always professional and personable. She is up on all the new procedures and medications. She courteously answers all questions and asks questions pertinent to your complaint or condition. The waiting area is rather small, but there is generally a seat available. Their staff is friendly and professional. There are no appointments and scheduling is first come first serve. Come early. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.
