Dreadful. Insisted that I needed a root canal when I was having very little pain in the tooth, and they royally messed up. I have been having extreme pain in that tooth since (over a year ago!) and despite going in every few weeks telling them it still hurts, they didn't do anything about it. They told me since I had a root canal it couldn't hurt. Well, its a year later and I am in pain day and night thanks to them. They also messed up giving my mother her injection for numbing medicine and her tongue was numb for four month... read more
As fearful as I am about dental work, I was amazed when I received an injection and it was painless. Dr. Gottwald is very sincere, kind, and cares about her patients. I would definitely recommend anyone new to the area or anyone looking for a dentist. Kudos to you Dr. Gottwald!!
Dr. Gottwald is gentle and thorough in her dental care. Previous dental pain is gone. Dr. Gottwald calmness, skills and "state of the art" dental equipment removed my fear of "hammerjack" dentists stereotypes. Dr. Gottwald's supporting staff are professional and courtesy. Her office environment is relaxing and cheerful.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Gottwald. She is very good with her patients.

Great doctor who is genuinely concerned with your confort and satisfaction. You won't find a better experience in or around San Antonio.
Professional office staff, very nice office area. Always tries to make patients as comfortable as possible. Very good with children also
