Honestly, I have been to this office several times and yet every time I go they can not remember what has transpired in the past. The last couple of times I have been to see about a large red spot that itches all the time. After two visits, medication and a biopsy they called and told me they have no clue what it is and if it does not get better.. COME SEE THEM IN 6 WEEKS. The MD/NP are ok but the high-tech office inefficency made me reduce my rating by several stars. Call, do not fit into category, the person who answers says I don't handle at this extension. Have to ask "can you take a message then". No one calls back. Call again. Again no category, leave message. No one calls back. But they call to say pay bill (which I paid virtually through HSA already). Also two times providers have transmitted Rx's after visit without notification to me.
