I had a pleasant visit. Short wait in lobby and Dr. Pitt and her staff treat me kindly and patiently writing to me.
My mom had a crown/bridge installed here 6 months ago. It fell out a few days ago, and the front desk said specifically because she missed an appointment in the past from being too sick, they refuse to see her for at least 2 weeks. This is a dental emergency. She's in pain and her tooth structure is exposed. We tried Goodland Dental, who said neither they nor anyone else would touch it because Franklin did the prep. I love this dentist, very informative, and courteous. Staff did their job well. I'm glad I picked this office for my extractions and new dentures.
Franklin Dental Care Center is a very friendly, helpful and helps the patient to feel comfortable with getting the specific care the patient need when they need it. They are very professional in caring for their patients.
