I Jesse James Green tried to make an appointment I was refused for whatever reason didn't make any sense from the past I'd other appointments years ago I'll be going to a more better rectable dental center nothing toward Dr. Donna Franklin Pitts towards the man that just answered the phone and turned me down for dental care services

I like the dentist and the hygienist, but am unhappy with the scheduling process. My appointment was cancelled today because my insurance changed. I have new insurance, but since I didn't tell them ahead of time. I would have to reschedule. It's usually about three months before another appointment is available. The appointment times change and magically disappear. I went 9 months last year instead of my regular three month cleanings because of these shenanigans. This was my second visit. I established my dental home with Dr. Donna Franklin-Pitts and staff in January of this year. I had x-rays and cleaning then. Today I needed a tooth extracted and the entire staff made me feel comfortable and treated me like I was the only patient they had. They made a very scary procedure easy and I felt calm.
