If I could have I would have given them a rating of less than one star. My daughter rented a house from them that had the smell of cigarette smoke all through the house and in the carpets. There was also dirty toilets floors and wall and cabinets. Cabinets were dirty and appliances were not cleaned. When my daughter had to move out due to income problems HNW sent in their companies, I myself was told by Donna that they had their own carpet cleaning company that they use which begs the question why their was the smell of cig... read more
