I just called the Donna Carey office and spoke to Sandra regarding my renter's insurance. She responded by emailing me a copy of my policy and confirmed that I had made the payment. I never expected her to take care of this immediately, but she emailed everything I needed within minutes. Great customer service Sandra !!!! I have been with State Farm for over 35 years and have never had one problem or concern. Great job !!!

We have been with Donna for over 20 years. We joke that she's watched us grow... she's become like extended family simply by being so helpful, so kind, so knowledgeable, honest, and personable. Our parents and children are also Donna's clients and equally happy. State Farm is an excellent insurance company for all insurance needs, but a stellar agent such as Donna is the heart of what keeps us unable to imagine shopping for insurance any place else.
