Been going here for years. Staff is very friendly. Only downside is the wait time even if you have an early appointment. Last time I was there I was waiting in the room well over 30 minutes and 30 min in the waiting area and only saw doctor 15 minutes.
I have been happily seeing Dr. Serure for years. She is always thorough and takes time to address all of my concerns. I have always felt that I am in the best care and I am thankful that she is my dermatologist.
Waited an hour past my appointment, the doctor came in and it felt like she immediately wanted to go to the next patient, and on top of that she completely misdiagnosed my rash claiming it was "bug bites" lol. Which got way worse now thanks to her. Will never be returning. I never fill out a reviews either but for this, I had to.
The doctors are great but just alittle perturbed about the new policy that we must show our Insurance cards evertime then they say my phone number, my wife's name for a contact information and her phone number so everyone can hear in a public office so everyone can hear. Where is our privacy. unfortunately we became a customer instead of a patient.
I took a family member to see her and at first she seemed competent and nice. Then all went down hill. We had to cancel one appt because my family member was sick and then she changed her office days. I was already working around her schedule and I couldn't change my work days.. Then I was told by office staff that she didn't want to see him anymore??
