I'm not sure what to make of this, because the doctor, technicians, and staff all seemed lovely in person, but the follow-up was beyond abysmal. I had an appointment followed by two tests (three different appointments total). The doctor was supposed to call me one week following the last test to go over the results. She did not call, and I subsequently called four times and messaged three times using the online portal over the next 10 days. Knowledgeable physician! Excellent!
Her office felt it appropriate to assign a male technician to do my echo (I am a female patient): mistakes can happen but how is this ever okay given the amount of exposure of the upper body that is required by the echo? I had to advocate for myself like it wasn’t obvious that this was completely inappropriate and weird. Never happened to me before this experience. This doctor had the Hippocratic oath displayed in her exam room and then distorted and omitted symptoms I disclosed on the patient history form, to her nurse practitioner, and then to her. How is this not doing harm in the long run? Painted a picture of me as an anxious patient and ignored concurrent diagnoses that were contributors to the problem. Why ask for my symptoms and patient history so many times if in the end, all will be ignored (including concerning findings on tests that will lead to complications in the future)... read more
She was super friendly. great bedside manor. Overall a great experience.
Dr. Ingram has gone above and beyond as my cardiologist. She even called me on a Saturday to go over my echocardiogram results to insure me that my health was getting better. She is pleasant and very professional.
I dislike the medical profession. Donna Ingram is a wonderful doctor and a sympathetic ear. She is one of two MD's I I have a 5-star opinion of.
I went to Dr. Donna Ingram because of her academic background, professional training, and great reviews, which are are not misleading. She was very welcoming, looked at the medical records I brought, asked questions which made me feel she really cared, and as soon as the first diagnostic test was over, she came to me with a big smile to say the result was ok. i am looking forward to seeing her again for the stress test. The staff, Damaris and Jessica are both efficient and friendly.
Dr. Ingram was absolutely lovely and caring. What a delight to talk to a doctor who is both intelligent and thoughtful in her practice. I highly recommend her!
