Took them 3 months to replace the capacitor in my Seiko kinetic watch. I came to get it when it was complete, told them the time it took was ridiculous. They agreed but didn't offer to reduce the bill, or give me any sort of compensation for their horrible service. Never plan to give them any more of my business. I don't recommend anyone giving them future business either.
