Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection Did this provider show attention to detail? Kind of, but not very much

Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely Not! My appointment always conflicts with my schedule Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Yes, I wasn't comfortable at all

They were average Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty comfortable. I didn't mind waiting at all. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I've been places before where they were ... read more
