My family drove up from Panama City to look at buying a used car from a private dealer there. Before we negotiated a price, we hired Billy for a reasonable fee, whom we just met, to test drive it and check it out. The reviews on here had been positive. Add another 5 stars. He found several problems, gave rough estimates and his thoughts. And we didn't buy it because seller wouldn't come off the price we'd have to pay for repairs.
