The manager is not on site. Only when rent is due. The hire maintenance half of the time seem like they don’t know what they are doing. Hard to get in contact with the manager.

A great little apartment complex. It's alot older than most apts on the west side but it looks very nice and well maintained. I'm considering moving there in the next few months after my current lease is expired....a great place to look at...
