I signed up for a Blowout- Lupe, when I arrived, convinced me to receive a different service. I believe she even had the Blowout product, but was not clear if she would really do it or not. I paid the full value of a Blowout and a tip. But my hair was not straight after the service. (I waited 6 days to wash it, more than enough time.) I reached out to her more than once to ask what she would do for me. Lupe did an amazing job on my hair and brows. Very nice and fun to talk to. She made me feel really comfortable and I look amazing! Will definitely come back.
