Very friendly.
We really enjoyed our parent/child swim lesson. The instructor was very kind and patient making sure all parents were involved and got their on time with the instructor for corrections and suggestions . It was very fun
I cannot speak more highly for the Director, Associate Director and staff at the Donelson-Hermitage YMCA. They are wonderfully caring and helpful people, and the terrific atmosphere and variety of programs and classes there is, in my opinion, a direct reflection of their awesome leadership. I’ve been a YMCA member for well over fifty years, and while traveling for work have frequented almost every Y within the state of TN. The Donelson-Hermitage is my absolute favorite!
I stopped here while on Vacation in Nashville. I asked if I was able to use this Y with my membership from a different one. (Lima, Ohio) There's lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful and explained the layout to me. The locker room was super clean, and just looked great. The indoor lap pool was super clean, and not busy at all. The outdoor pool area was also great. I did forget my towel though.
