I waited all day to write this review because I wanted to make sure my experience today was truly worth removing two stars from what would normally be a five-star review. Every visit I’ve ever had at the Y has been wonderful, and the staff has always been so caring and welcoming. That’s why I was genuinely shocked by how I was treated today.
