I had a routine eye exam last Friday with Dr. LaCroix, this was my first appointment with Clemson Eye. I haven't had an eye exam in 4 years. Which I expressed to the girl I saw prior to seeing the doctor. When Dr. LaCroix came into the exam room I felt like she was in and out in 5 minutes, I felt very rushed and dismissed. Waited right at 6 months for my contacts (they didn’t even place the order until I called to inquire about the long wait time). When I finally was able to pick up the contacts, they were the wrong prescription. Expect hour long wait times for call backs and for appointments. I’ll be all but running back to Jervey Eye at this point.
Friendly staffing doctors
First let me say that Dr. Haas is by far the BEST doctor I have seen in 30+ years. Unfortunately, he recently joined Clemson Eye which charges TOO MUCH for contact lenses. One box was $90+ when you can buy the EXACT item on-line for $34.99 (+tax/shipping) for a total of less than $40/box. This is outrageous! I love Dr. Haas, but I will buy my lenses elsewhere.
I got Lasik about a month ago. I'm completely amazed at how well my surgery went! I had 20/15 vision the very next day. After 1 week I had very minimal dry eye and absolutely no halos or other negative side effect. I wore contacts for over 10 years amd couldn't wait to get rid of them. I 100% recommend Clemson Eye for Lasik. The staff is exceptional as well.
