They didn't keep the appointment I made an appointment with them and they never showed up. They never called to explain why they didn't show up. I called the next day and they said that it was a computer error. Thankfully for me I'm already a stay at home parent so I wasn't out money from taking off of work, but it was an inconvenience to sit at home all day waiting. I'm definitely looking for another company. I'm actually kind of glad they didn't show up after reading the reviews on other sites.
