management of this shop are very rude and horrible to all customers and charging very prices for back yard work
Fantastic service the flowers delivered to my mum were out of this world she is so happy thank you Donelles,
If you want a florist that is willing to go above and beyond this is the place. From the service to the range on offer A+++++++++ if that's allowed as a rating, even if they have issues or make a mistake it's quickly easily and kindly resolved couldn't recommend another florist higher
Donelle's nursery is my go to for indoor and outdoor plants, potting mix and mulch, free range XXL (900gm dozen) eggs, handmade greeting cards, home made cumquat jam and rosella jam, honey, fresh flower arrangements and useful, sometimes quirky gifts for my garden loving family and friends. Donelle is always obliging and cheerful and is happy to share the knowledge she has acquired over many years in the industry. Great little family business. Highly recommended 5*
My mother ordered a bouquet online from overseas for my birthday. The bouquet I received was nowhere near the beautiful one she chose - some flowers were wilted, the colors and arrangement were inconsistent, and the bouquet looked much sparser than in the photo. She had ordered a larger size, but it arrived small and underwhelming. It seems no effort was put into the presentation or quality. It's very sad and disappointing to receive such a gift for my birthday.
