I lived in the Brickner for 2½ years. They do not maintain their properties at all!! Elevator was out for over 6 weeks!! They only had 2 small dumpsters for over 30 units. The dumpsters were always overflowing. Ankle deep trash in the fenced area led to a mouse problem. Shortly after I moved out, a mold issue was discovered.
Very helpful and have lots of nice apartment options
Horrible practices. Not willing to work with you. Don't bother!
