Brad was amazing. He found the problem and fixed it in no time. We just bought our home so we were relieved when he said he could handle it. Great customer service
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I scheduled a service call weeks in advance and was told that I would receive a call 30 minutes prior to the technician's arrival. That did not happen and I only had 10 minutes to leave work and get home to meet the company's representative "Vince". It turned out that the overhead garage door opener could not be repaired and no parts were installed. I was presented with a bill that was outrageous. A service call plus labour!!! I have had a wonderful experience with Done Wright Door services and just want someone to know. Brad and Vince have been out here twice; first for assessment and finally to fix with new parts. Both times these gentlemen were friendly, courteous and very helpful. Last week our door slammed shut with my car inside - trapped!! I contracted for work to complete a garage door install and replace three entry doors on July 9. After the contractor missed two appointments, we rescheduled for Sep 17. Upon being notified that the contractor was on his was way but would only be able to complete part of the job today (Sep 17), requiring me to take yet another day off work, we jointly decided to cancel the order and seek another contractor.
Professional, friendly and efficient. Took the time to give me instructions and some extra tips that will help me: for example the benefit of a single outlet surge protector which I bought and he installed for me. I highly recommend Done Wright!

I am so glad I called Done Wright Door today. They came to my house 2 hours of me calling . Very knowledgeable , honest !!! Pricing was great!! I will definitely call them for any future needs.
When contacted the tech arrived quickly, assessed the problem and gave cost for fix. Repairs were done in a timely manner. The technician (Toby) was friendly and courteous. Garage door works as it should. This is how business should be done. I will call them again if I should have other garage door problems.
