We had our smart car in for tire swap, since we picked it up the car it is not running right and the engine light is on, seems a belt is slipping or something but not running properly now, I noticed that they drive the vehicle up the road once the tires are changed which I did not know or I would have taken it somewhere else where it is not driven.
Best experience I've ever had, bringing my car to a shop. Stopped in to make an appointment and instead got amazing service right away, wasn't talked down to or overcharged. I'll 100% be back. ✨
I love coming in! Their staff always provides the best service, and I know my vehicle is in good hands. They saved me big money on my sunroof- I was told by another shop that it would be $1,500 to fix, and Done-Rite simply oiled it and voila it was fixed. Thank you for your honesty and integrity :)
