We called Done Rite about issues with our 4-year old self-stalled mini-split A/C unit. Jordan arrived when expected and was very efficient. Most importantly, there was no high-pressure sales pitch to purchase a new unit before it’s needed. He got us up and running and advised what to watch for in case we start having issues again. I don’t usually write reviews, but Jordan and Done Rite Services earned it!
Our AC went out unexpectedly yesterday. We called Done Rite since we have family that have had positive experiences with them and they were able to send someone out promptly. They quickly diagnosed the issue and were back today to fix it. They were honest and up front and didn’t try to upsell or overcharge us. They gave us helpful recommendations for future use. All of the staff at Done Rite that I have interacted with have been courteous and knowledgeable and take time to do a good job in my home. Sergio was thorough and personable as he checked on the electric throughout my home today. I appreciate the service I’ve received this far.
