I contacted this company about a potentially urgent issue and they were quick to respond, scheduling a same-day appointment. Given the urgency, I rearranged my entire day to be available. As the appointment window was closing, I called to check in, prepared to extend my wait if needed. After a long hold, I was told the technician wouldn't arrive until at least 6pm, three hours past the original window, or I could reschedule entirely. I left a review earlier about one of the office personal. I am rewriting it now because it wasn’t more than 45 minutes before I was called personally about my issue. A very professional man asked exactly what I was upset about and resolved everything for me quickly, and professionally. As a business man myself this shows an extreme attention to detail and care for the client themselves.
