Had the movers , Travis and one other man, move our mattress into our home. While moving mattress, they hit my ceiling fan and damaged it. Called and spoke to Travis on the phone, and then have tried to follow up with company AFTER Travis told me that someone from their insurance would call me. I am now getting hung up while calling and speaking to someone at Done Rite. Movers were also super unprofessional.

10/10!!! These guys were incredible. They helped me move all my stuff from a 1st floor home to a 3rd floor apartment and I literally couldn't have done this without them. The 3 guys that showed up were FAST, careful, super nice, and an absolute pleasure to hire. Not to mention the price was beyond reasonable. Can't recommend these guys enough!!!

To be clear, we purchased a new king sized bed and the furniture company uses this delivery company. I did not hire them directly. Delivery drivers mocking customers when they think they can't hear them is highly unprofessional and downright rude. I had gotten a call from reception at ten, order was scheduled to be delivered between eleven and noon with the statement that they would call when they were on their way. These guys were great. They were on time, worked hard and got the job done much sooner than expected. Best of all nothing broke or damaged. Would use again and recommend to others.
