Does great work! Affordable. But make sure he understands if you dont want him to do all parts of the job as some other trades need to be done by other skilled guys who do that specific trade he understands as he is a handyman and wants to do it all just be forthright. He fixed subfloor for us is perfect but had to repair other stuff that didn't need to be done that was tore off the house.
Had grabs bars installed in shower, outside hand rail, painting of two walls very satisfied. He worked me into his schedule and very easy to work with. Very pleased with the work that was done.
I'm very pleased with the work the fellows did on my home in Federal Way. They returned my call right away, were prompt in arriving, and got to work immediately. They gave me a quick and very reasonable quote on the work to be done. They worked quickly and did a through job in cleaning away a big build up of moss on my driveway. Called him for a pretty basic garage door handle repair at a rental property of mine. Initially very responsive and went over there the next day to diagnose the issue. Charged me 150 dollars to tell me that it was broken and needed replacement. Said he would get the parts and get back with me to set a time to fix it and just never did.
