My one and only dealing with them was very bad! Extremely rude lady called to inquire about a service that we offered and was harsh and abrasive. She said "you can either get me the information I want or I will get it from somebody else." She has got to have lived in NY City her whole life. Very rude person. I would never do business with this company.
