Done Right Roofing quoted to redo our roof and replace a skylight on Oct 25th, 2019. John told me: "We are bit more expensive but if you take someone else you'll be sorry and call me in 2 years anyway." As near as I can tell they must be out of business. Phone on website is disconnected. Went to the address and nobody there. Pickup out front (appears to not have been used in awhile) has two phone numbers. These also are disconnected. I went there to see why they never came back to finish a roof repair that they screwed up. I guess I'm stuck.
Done Right Roofing was professional from the initial visit to the job's completion. They did the job for the price quoted and finished ahead of schedule. The roof was stripped down to the plywood and a new roof was installed. My property was spotless when they left. This was a roof that's longer than 100' so stripping this could have created a huge mess. They had tarps in place to collect ALL the debris. Completed in a timely manner when the weather was against their side. Friendly and responded to emails quickly.
John and Lisa are simply an amazing duo. They provided single day roof replacement. Their crew was faced with a variety of issues with my roof because it was so old. As an added bonus they did offer energy star rated shingles, which I selected.
