Done Right Roofing worked with my insurance company to ensure that proper allowances were made for the damaged areas of the roof. The owner, John Mancini, came to my home on three occasions to address the issues. On the first visit, we explained to John that we had water coming into the home, but could not find the source. John used his moisture meter and showed us that certain walls were reading as wet indicating that water was infiltrating the home from the roof on the dormer. I highly recommend Done Right Roofing. They worked diligently with our insurance company to get us money toward a new roof which helped us out tremendously. Not only did they do a great job stripping and putting on a new roof, but they discovered chimney repair work needing to be done prior to the winter, when more damage would be likely to occur. I can't say enough about their professionalism and customer service. I will be recommending them to all my real estate clients!
I recently used Done Right Roofing for snow removal from my roof and was very impressed with the exceptional customer service that I received. The office staff was extremely polite and professional, and they sympathized with my plight (water damage) and were able to schedule me on very short notice. This company has helped me, neighbors, and many other home owners I know. Roofs is what they do, and that is it! It is their specialty. When you call them they actually answer the phone and they are extremely organized. John Mancini is the owner and he will come to your home himself to take a look at your roof. He is a no pressure type of guy that tells you how it is and his honesty is a breath of fresh air.
