I was not happy with the service I received. If you need support with getting damage covered by your insurance do not use this company. They were not helpful, avoided me and were "too busy" to schedule a follow-up. Do not waste your time with this company unless you want them to waste your time.

It always bothers me when people exceed expectations because I've become so used to people under-performing. However, I was really glad I called Done Right Roofing when a leak began on my back porch. Done Right Roofing came out to perform some emergency repairs after a recent storm and returned a few days later with all the materials and crew to make a permanent repair. Work was completed quickly and they even did a full roof "tune-up". These guys really know their business. Excellent work at very competitive prices. If your home is important to you, dont call some guy in a truck storm chaser, call the pro's at Done Right Roofing and get your roof DONE RIGHT.

I have used Done Right Roofing for three roofs on three different houses in the past three years. Bill is great to work with and listens to what your needs are, instead of trying to force a one size fits all solution. His crews are great at what they do, everyone knows what to do and how to do it. The site is cleaned up every day and kept neat throughout the job. I have no reservations in recommending them.
