Absolutely terrible. Do NOT under any circumstances attempt to use this "business" for any plumbing needs. I found them on the Thumbtack app. I needed the sewer line from my house to the street cleared out. A worker came out and did so and also told me that the roots of a near by tree was causing the clogging. The worker said he would come up with an estimate and email it to me but the fee to unclog the pipe was $175.00. I paid it. Two days later the line was again clogged. On August 2nd, I started communicating with the owner (Jenny) of Done Right Plumbing via text after getting a response to my project request on Thumbtack. The problem I was facing was that of a slow leak from my bathtub faucet. Per our text exchange, I stated that I could not afford to pay more than $130 total and if the repair would cost more than that, we would have to wait to have our trusted handyman take a look at the leak on August 5th.
