I had my future home inspected prior to closing and Alex was so thorough, knowledgeable and honest! He told me which items in good condition those that were urgent and those that should be addressed eventually. His expertise and candor was very much appreciated!!
Update: After a year of living in the house, we've found a lot of things that should have been caught in the inspection. Most notably, the plumbing. When we purchased the house, the basement bathroom was partially finished and all of the plumbing for both the house and the bathroom exposed. The plumber we hired (who's also a consultant to the county inspectors) said that none of the drainage was installed properly and was so glaringly obvious (T connectors where there should be Ys, etc) that he could not believe that it was ... read more
