I brought my 2021 Hyundai Venue in at 9 AM. I told them I was having issues with my car horn not working. They were able to diagnose the failing part (clock spring) within 30 minutes. They let me know they didn't have the part in stock. Instead of making me wait days for an order, they called the local dealership for me to confirm they had the part in stock and told me if I grabbed the part myself, they’d fit me in immediately if I returned within the morning.
