This company was once extremely fair and reasonable. Unfortunatly that is not the case anymore. Up charging on parts when i can google them is insanity. I have been a customer here since the begining. And now i will never return. Today is the final straw. And i can not trust them anymore. I came in for a safety only to be told ALL 4 of my brakes were "bad". 1500$ to fix pads and rotors is discusting. 700$ for back. You will continue to lose long time clients at this rate. Awesome experience everytime! I always get an excellent break down of what's going on with my vehicle. The guys take the time to explain things to me in terms I understand (being fairly auto-illiterate myself lol) and are always accommodating, timely and friendly when I book with them. I would recommend Done Right AutoCare to anyone looking for a new mechanic!
