Extremely rude and unprofessional!! The owner Andrew left the shop even though I had an appointment booked (and I took half a day off just to get my car serviced)! Avoid at all costs!! They literally have their children servicing and detailing your car because they can’t afford to hire real employees/adults to work on your car. They did The Best they could to remove the stains on the carpet and on the seats, grease wasn't removable but I would give them a 2 star at least if it wasn't for what happened. The car was perfect before taking it to them, no motor problems no battery problems at all. We took the car on a Sunday and it was left there for 6 hours because they texted notifying us that they would need more time. We took it for a full cleaning, which was motor, interior and exterior. I read the good reviews and I was excited to bring in my own car for an interior cleaning! Everyone was super nice and friendly, they did a phenomenal job in cleaning my car too! Definitely will be wanting to come back.
Took my car in for a full detail and ceramic coating. Very awesome people. Friendly, gives you a full run down of what they are going to do and the end result was phenomenal. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. Their new location is great as well. Nice shop, guest area and convent location that is not congested whatsoever. Couldn't recommend them enough.
Andrew and Dashe run a true “Mom and Pop” business and their quality and care they show in their work proves it! Friendly, prompt, exceptional service and value sums it up. They are my GO TO CAR DETAILING SHOP from now on!
