I booked a deep cleaning with Done. for my Manhattan apartment, and they did a great job. The booking process was easy, the cleaners showed up on time, and they got straight to work. They were thorough and handled all the spots I hadn’t gotten around to myself. My place feels so much fresher now. If you’re looking for a deep cleaning in Manhattan, I’d recommend them. It was a smooth experience, and I’ll probably use them again.

I used Done. for a deep cleaning in my Manhattan apartment, and they really impressed me. I’d been putting off a proper clean for way too long, and my place was starting to feel a little chaotic. The cleaner was pleasant to work with but the whole thing felt rushed. I paid $300 for a move-in cleaning into a new unfurnished apartment and for that price I expected more attention to detail. Things were missed like only the top of the kitchen sink was cleaned and there was still dust in closet corners, some cabinets, etc. Outlets were supposed to be included but weren't. Other things were cleaned well like the windows and she did go the extra mile to clean the broiler like I asked. I let the company know and they gave me... read more
