I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. The quality of work was completely unacceptable and my home was left in poor condition. It honestly looked as if someone came in, spent maybe 20 minutes cleaning and then left without completing any meaningful work. The floor did not even look vacuumed and my bedside tables were not wiped down. Nothing on the couch was touched. I paid $150 for a standard plus cleaning. I booked a deep cleaning with Done. for my Manhattan apartment, and they did a great job. The booking process was easy, the cleaners showed up on time, and they got straight to work. They were thorough and handled all the spots I hadn’t gotten around to myself. My place feels so much fresher now. If you’re looking for a deep cleaning in Manhattan, I’d recommend them. It was a smooth experience, and I’ll probably use them again.
