This review is way overdue! I hope its not too late to give a huge THANKS to Tina and everyone working at DoneDeal. Tina is an amazing amazing lady, she helped me and my husband get an apartment which also helped us fix our credit and rental history. I wish I wrote this review sooner but I unfortunately was dealing with Cancer. Done Deal is SUPER AMAZING, they were sent from heaven! Tina was so patient, knowledgeable, caring, & understanding! She was very on top of things. This company had great customer service & communication skills! Every question was answered & issues were resolved quickly. I am so pleased with Tina, her boss, & the ENTIRE company! What a blessing! You rock Tina! Done Deal is the real deal!
Tina was extremely helpful and understanding. I don’t have the words to annunciate how grateful I am for her grace and kind words. She always answered every phone call I made, she was never impatient or rude. Always trying to help in every way and I am forever indebted. Not just for my self but for my kids as well. This was not a scam! Tina is here to help!!
