Tina is a great person and a very hard worker. She's very knowledgeable about the apartment industry and will take her time to help you get into an apartment. Her expertise about the apartment industry is second to none. She's also very polite and encouraging during the whole process.
This is my opinion from my experience with Done Deal...They only deal with "certain" rental properties within the Houston area. When asked could their services be used outside of the rental properties that they have contracted, I was told no. I was promised that with the rentals that they work with, that they would get me approved and I had nothing to worry about. Tina actually offered to refund me my money if I did not get approved. Given I was in a really bad situation unable to find a place to stay for myself and son that led us living from hotels and friends homes. This became overwhelming and expensive let alone very frustrating.I am so elated that someone referred me to Done Deal. No hidden agendas simply Done Deal. A special shout out to Tina and her staff!
