Was getting my golf R serviced here as it was close to home and car was under warranty. Took the vehicle back numerous times for the gearbox rattling at idle and then finally a loud bang when using launch control. Was told it was normal then they blamed the tyres on the car (which they put on as I purchased it second hand from them)I then said I would buy new tyres through them but if it didn't rectify the problem (I knew it wouldn't) would they cover the cost and the response was "we don't do that" took it to a local euro s... read more
