We consulted Dr. Hew today for a general cleaning and was very disappointed with the service. After the first appointment, I realised the stains on my teeth were not cleaned at all and had to return for a second clean-up. During the second visit, she did not perform any inspection and only cleaned the front teeth stains that I specifically pointed out to the dental nurse. I went to this clinic for a filling, but it was not done correctly. Even after several months I still have pain and can’t chew on one side of my mouth. This has caused me a lot of discomfort, and I will need to see another dentist to fix it.
