called to book a paid assessment and got rejected immediately as he “don’t want to get involved” ( with a rental property), i asked whether he would be able to help if i get consent from the agent/landlord (which im pretty i don’t need to apply for consent while legally staying in this rental), however, once again, i was told loud and clear “ i don’t want to get involved! i don’t want to get between you guys!”. i don’t appreciate your dishonesty under my review, Craig.

Had a leaking toilet, called Craig he came the same day, he lives near me and fixed it. However, be prepared to pay the top price for his service and no credit card facility. Plus a few other negative things in between so I will never use his service again.

Would not bother, called for asking for a quote nicely, and was told ' I WOULD NOT DO IT'.
