Went in to buy a mini Saturday 1st November salesmen went with high pressure sell technique despite being requested not to three times. Had the car I wanted to buy said send me a price and a trade and he assured me I would receive a couple of hours later. Never arrived followed up on Monday 3rd and again an assurance but still nothing. I would look at literally any other dealer

You have to wait forever for service department to answer your call, but sales department will answer in few seconds.
