My recent 1500 Km service when booked they told us 1/2hr instead I waited 2 hrs. Upon arrival I waited to be seen as 2 of the 3 people found better things to do than serve customers such as replacing paper on the printer. I was served by a very unpleasant man who barely acknowledged my presence and then seemed agitated by having to book a vehicle in. Fantastic customer service from Emma. She handled a complex issue incredibly professionally, efficiently, and with genuine accountability.

The service here has really gone downhill. They no longer offer complimentary Uber rides, and a free loan car is rarely available when you need one. On top of that, they’ve cut their weekend hours entirely. To make matters worse, I had to wait over six hours just for a routine service and wheel alignment. I won't be returning.
