I bought a brand new car from Hyundai Nunawading just a month ago and paid an extra $2000 for ceramic coating. The coating was perfect. I took it to Doncaster Hyundai for a routine 1-month check-up and their complimentary wash — and that’s when the problems started. My car came back with swirl marks and scratches all over it. Absolutely the worst dealership and service experience I’ve ever had. I’m relieved to have finally gotten rid of my van and to never have to deal with Doncaster Hyundai again. From day one, the service was disappointing. They promised an Uber ride home (up to 6km or whatever the policy is), but because I lived slightly beyond the limit, I offered to just take the ride part of the way and walk the rest.
