Poor workmanship. Today I discovered that the rear left seat buckle was missing and was wedged underneath the seat. The only way to return it to the normal position was if I popped the bottom of the backseat to wriggle it out. The only explanation as to why this had happened was due to negligence when the fuel filter was changed during my latest service. Ioniq 5 in for first “major” service. Welcoming, polite and genuine service staff. Not a lot to do for this service, but the car didn’t come out any worse than before so that’s a plus! Visited this dealership over those closer, as Doncaster has higher ratings and will be local after a future house move. Note to owner; if your techs unplug dashcams whilst servicing vehicles, be sure to plug them back in once completed - people have them installed for a reason.
The service was done quickly and efficiently. The report detailing their findings was easy to understand and easy to accept or decline the recommendations. Cas was a pleasure to deal with.
