Somebody needs to make a stand about how vulnerable people are treated when large hospitality groups stop seeing human beings and start seeing operational problems. Stayed a night as was in town for a seminar. Absolutely brilliant accomodation with Lyn at reception going above and beyond helping us check in, find our rooms and make sure that everything was in place. Couple this up with the friendly staff at the pub and fantastic food and I can’t speak highly enough. Big thanks to your whole team.
