New to the area and excited to see Donatos, as when I lived in Ohio, they were some of the best, well... NOT here! Order over the phone through a BOT chat and then preceded to wait 15 minutes past the time it said it would be here to call, when I called they said the delivery driver was "being slow tonight" and that they would send it through door dash, it got here over an hour late and COLD, They didn't think that maybe since it was so late they should make a fresh one, but NO, sent the hour old cold pizza anyway! Good pizza
I went for the pizza that had BBQ sauce, bacon , onion and onion strings. They don't have it anymore. Got a pizza with half pepperoni/ half bacon, onion. It was okay. Ordered cheesey bread sticks and got plain ones. Service was all that great.
