ive been waiting 45 minutes for my pizza to be delivered and its not here. Im pissed to say the least, my nights ruined and now im hungry and theres no za.
Absolutely disgusting! Nothing was good about this pizza. Not even close to being done even though well done was requested. The cheese cold, sausage, disgusting, crust raw. Never will I order Donatos again. You got to be kidding me. This place needs shut down. They're going to get people sick.
Donatos needs to do a better job of verifying pick up orders before they give them to people. Because now someone else picked up an order that I paid money for and they have to remake it. They need to have a verification system for pick up orders.
I used to really like this location, their deliverys were quick and the pizza was hot but here recently they started using some third party delivery service and now the food arrives cold and way past the expected delivery time
Rude. My daughters picked up pizza tonight, the young boy with the bleached blonde hair was extremely rude. Mocked my daughter as she walked out the door. If you don't know how to talk to people with respect a job dealing with the public is not for you.
