Love the cozy space. Desaria is amazing. She made suggestions based on what we were craving and made our first visit memorable. Will definitely be returning to try more!
Hair in food
I made an online order on 11-1-25 and walked into the store to pickup. I was greeted by an employee named( Heaven) this is the name she gave me do to no name tags. So I have had a couple issues of my pizza not being made correctly in the past so I politely asked to look at my pizza that I was purchasing. (Heaven) very rudely asked me to not touch my pizza. Donatos is getting really skimpy on the big don with their meat. Definitely not worth $9. The price for the pizza was a little steep too. It'll be a while before I can afford that again, if I return at all.
Tried to place an order. The person was extremely rude. I called back and cancelled my order. If the employee doesn't care enough to be cordial on the phone then he definitely doesn't care enough to wash his hands.
