Drove from Scottsboro to get some more Donatos. Second time back. Cory was was extremely polite, friendly, and accommodating. The lady behind the counter had a big smile and was extremely welcoming as well, but I didnt catch her name. Pizza was worth the drive again. The Founders Favorite is so good we grabbed 2 to sustain us for the next 24 hours in pizza glory.

Decent pizza, rude employee when picking up. It was a pickup order and although I saw the 3 pizzas on the counter waiting for pickup, a rude employee continued to make me wait for 6 minutes while she continued to cut multiple others pizzas and pull them out of the ovens (mind you there were no other people in the store or drive through waiting on orders and there were 2 other employees in the kitchen). Pizza was undercooked & the lady was so rude when I called and very politely let them know we couldn’t eat it that I didn’t want to go back & exchange it. We had to just throw it away.
