Placed an order over the phone for pick up double check my order was told it would be ready in 25 minutes arrived 27 minutes later was told my order was never put in the oven only had 30 minutes for lunch was told they could give me a Coke will not return to This Donatos thank you. Don,R
I had a pizza delivered to my house. I asked for double everything. They had it to me within 30 minutes, hot and absolutely delicious. From the girl who took my order to a gentleman that delivered it, the staff was friendly. I will definitely do business with them again soon.
Donatos is my favorite pizza. We got one tonight and they out did themselves! By far one of the best we have ever had from Donatos anywhere!! Great Job!!
I normally dont write reviews but this was a big disappointment i ordered 40.00 worth of food on line and paid for it when i got to the restaraunt they made me pay for it again even after i showed them the receipt that was emailed to me after i paid a second time i came home to discover my food so burnt that i could not even eat it the boneless chicken and the mariachi beef was not good at all the casheir was very rude and did not acknowledge my online receipt as well needless to say i will not be returning to this donatos a... read more

Was a semi-frequent customer until today. Placed an order last week in the middle of the afternoon, they were not busy. They said 15 minutes for pickup, I showed up 15-20 minutes after I ordered and I paid. I proceeded to wait 15-20 additional minutes to receive my food. The person working there says that they credited my account for the food. (Not my credit card I paid cash) I tell them that it was no problem waiting but I appreciate them doing that. We order at least once a week for delivery. Their food is great, they have very good salads which most other pizza places don't and their online ordering is very easy.
Good pizza will eat there always. One of The best Pizza around Here. In London service is good too. Even delivery is on time .
I must say... the pizzas from the Donatos on Stringtown Rd in Grove City, OH are just as mouth-watering and tasty as the customer service itself. I went there just last night at approximately 6 pm for probably the third time to order a large half pepperoni and half pepperoni and sausage, and not only was the pizza completed and handed to me in half the time that I expected, but it tasted both heavenly and phenomenally pleasant.
