I made an order for two large pizza specials at exactly 6:15 pm on Sept 27, 2025, from my telephone. I spoke with an associate about what I wanted and my intent to pick it up 15 minutes later after I got off work, which was 6:30. I arrived exactly at 6:30 at the Milford, Ohio, location to pay for my pizzas and a two-liter bottle of Pepsi. Got a large pizza salad and two drinks, the pizza was burnt and not cut right, had to pull it apart it was a mess. Really upset about it especially the money we spent for it.This was at the milford location on Rt 28 in the Mulberry square area.
They don't know the difference between a pizza sauce hogie and a mushroom hoagie..by the time I took it back the pizza we ordered with it had sat for over 30 minutes. Soggy and cold .
Great pizza, friendly staff. Had a fun/kid friendly tv playing. Recommend!
